As an Agile Enabler, he has 19 years of experience in IT where 8 years of experience as an Agile Coach/ RTE /Scrum Master Role and setting up the agile environment by providing training & coaching to teams, facilitating all Scrum events and mentoring Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Individuals and Teams.

His work experience spans across multiple industries and domains such as Banking, E-commerce, Telecom, Manufacturing and Startup etc. I am a great advocate of Agile & Lean mindset, System and Design Thinking, SAFe Implementation, SaFe Transformation, XP practices and Implementation of Scrum & Kanban.
