In this four-day course, you’ll practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), create a DevOps culture to build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and empower a Lean portfolio. Leading SAFe®, taught during the first two days, gives you the foundation to
teach SAFe to leaders. The next two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your organization. By becoming a change agent and a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe

Prerequisites
All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Program Consultant certification exam and practice as a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC):
- More than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
- More than 3 years of experience in Agile
- One or more relevant Agile certifications

Eligibility to train others in SAFe
As a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), you can continue the learning journey by achieving validation to license and teach SAFe courses.

When you are ready to take the exam, log into the SAFe Community Platform to access the exam.
When the exam timer ends, the exam will be submitted, regardless of the number of questions answered. A score will be calculated based on the number of questions answered. Unanswered questions will be automatically marked as incorrect. If you finish answering all questions before the exam timer ends, you can click the “Submit” button and your score will be calculated. When you launch the exam, you will be required to review and accept the Candidate Agreement before starting the exam. Exams are timed and the timer will be visible throughout the exam.
Questions are structured in multiple choice or multiple response format. Questions will require either one answer or multiple. “Choose two” or a “Choose three” style multiple response questions indicate the number of answers required for the question. Multiple-response questions require all correct answers to be selected as no partial credit is given.
